On the reverse of your answer sheet there are a series of lines.

When this is placed on the puzzle so that all the approaching lines match those on your sheet, you will see that the each letter is now connected to a number.

The completed routes show that:

A = 3

B = 4

C = 1

D = 2

So the answer is: 3, 4, 1, 2
